Garrett was one of two men who stole a 2014 Jeep liberty from the Meals on Wheels volunteer last month. That same exact day, the alleged genius “crackhead” Garrett posted a picture of himself on Facebook with a semi-automatic handgun and the comment,

“Shoot it out all day n night dass da (expletive) i like.”

When police found the SUV, Garrett’s fingerprints were found in the car and the victim identified him as her robber. The indictment also states that Garrett and others of carjacking a 2016 Dodge Journey in St. Louis County on Nov. 21.

Garrett was arrested when agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided his home and found him there with a .40-caliber gun with a defaced serial number.
