Judge Nicole Colbert-Botchway ordered Lee held without bail when he is arrested.

One witness told police he was at the event at the Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village and left with Lee after shots rang out. Lee told the witness that he had fired shots at two people he knew. Another witness described a shooter that matched Lee’s description.

Lee and another man, 36, got in a shoving match for some reason. After the shooter got knocked to the ground, he opened fire.

The 36-year-old man was hit in the pelvis area, but another man, Corey Hall, 38, of unincorporated north St. Louis County, was hit in the head. Hall was pronounced dead at a hospital just before 2 a.m. Monday.
