The clownin STL man who had an argument inside a smoke shop and then decided with his limited brain activity to open fire in the parking lot of the Concord Plaza Shopping Center has been arrested and charged.

Chance Cramer, 22, who has obviously been blessed with the “I am a fuking idiot” gene faces an assault charge as well as armed criminal action in the shooting Tuesday afternoon, which left another man still in critical condition.

Cramer shot the victim about 1:30 p.m. outside the MOvape smoke shop after five men argued inside, according to police. Police showed up at the scene, and the parking lot was locked down. People were not allowed to leave for more than three hours after the shooting as officers investigated.

The shopping center is at Lindbergh Boulevard and Baptist Church Road in the Sappington area.

The five men involved in the argument all knew each other.

Witnesses said they heard two gunshots, and then saw a man who had fallen onto the ground. He appeared to be gasping for breath.

Cramer was ordered held with bail set at $100,000. He lives in the 7000 block of Nottingham Avenue on the city border west of the River des Peres.
