Alvin N. Green Jr., 29, of the 8300 block of Pepperidge Drive, was charged with first-degree murder, four counts of first-degree assault and five counts of armed criminal action. Green was ordered held without bail.
This POS from Berkeley was charged late Wednesday with murdering a man Tuesday by shooting him in a car that also had four children in it from the ages 10 and younger.
Green fired a gun several times into a car, killing Larry Noel, 40, on a parking lot about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 4300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The shitbag then fled in a Mercedes.
One of the children, a 9-year-old girl, was injured by broken glass and treated at the scene, police said. The other kids — a boy, 10, and girls ages 1 and 2 — were not hurt. Some of the children were Noel’s.
Charging documents said surveillance video showed Green walking up to a vehicle and firing several shots into it.
