A mom was arrested when authorities found her carelessly swinging around a stroller with a barely clothed baby boy inside despite the cold.

Deputies said they tracked down Pamela Lee Davis, 30, shortly after midnight Tuesday after receiving a tip about a suspicious, possibly drunk woman pushing a child’s stroller.

Davis was reportedly discovered “uncontrollably, thrashing about wildly” with the stroller.

Inside, the 1-year-old boy was wearing one sock and minimal clothing despite the weather being in the mid-50s.

Officers said the infant was cold to the touch and was wearing a soiled diaper.

In the arrest report, officers described the mom’s behavior as “tweeking” and said she was unable to stop gyrating. They believe she may have been under the influence of meth.

Davis, who is homeless, was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a child. She was booked at Lee County Jail, where she is being held on $5,000 bond.

The baby was removed from her custody while the Department of Children investigates.
