STL woman killed boyfriend with a car after argument

A St. Louis woman was arrested Monday after being accused of killing her boyfriend with a car after an argument, police told us.

Tesia Akins, 30, was arguing with her boyfriend, Jerome A. Robertson, on Feb. 11 before she struck and killed him with a car in the 10300 block of Natural Bridge Road near St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

St. Louis County prosecutors charged Akins Saturday with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Bond for Akins, of the 400 block of Wilmington Avenue, is $300,000.
