A STL woman has been accused of starving her 2-month-old son to death.

Makayla Hill, 24, whose address is listed as The Lodge Hotel in Bridgeton, was charged with felony child abuse or neglect resulting in death stemming from the death of her infant son, Samuel Williamson Jr.

Bridgeton police officers were first called by Hill to her Lodge Hotel room that was in disgusting condition on Sunday afternoon and found the mother with a toddler and an unresponsive infant.

The officers tried to revive the infant before taking him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead about an hour afterwards.

The medical examiner stated that the infant was severely malnourished, according to charging documents. Charges also allege Hill failed to call for help when the baby was unresponsive.

The condition of the hotel room where they were staying was disgusting.

Hill’s bond was set at $150,000, cash only.
