It’s first-degree panty larceny for this judge who allegedly is part of an elite panty stiffing group around the country. PSA which stands for Panty Sniffers Anonymous has hundreds of members throughout the US and you can only imagine what this group takes pride in.
One of their alleged members, a judge got caught with his robes down Thursday after he broke into a neighbor’s house and took off in possession of a pair of women’s panties.
Suffolk County Judge Robert Cicale snuck into the home at around 9 a.m. but fled once he realized a 23-year-old women was inside.
The woman called 911 and gave them a description of Cicale.
Cops then discovered the judge outside the home and with the undies on his person, the paper said.
“He was found with . . . soiled female undergarments. We don’t know if these were the proceeds from the burglary today or a previous break-in,” Acting Commissioner Stuart Cameron said.
How did the sniffing judge know there were soiled panties in this home? Do the members of PSA own some elaborate wet underwear GPS ? All questions will most likely be answered when the judge shows up to work next week.
